    I have tried the instructions above. Although I replace the href code with my URL (www.example.com/terms.pdf), the final URL to which the user is sent is:

    https://cdn.jotfor.ms/"https://www.evermorealbums.com/terms.pdf"

    Help - please!

    To clarify, do you want to add a terms and condition widget in your form?

    You may use this widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/terms_amp%3B_condition

    Then your can upload your terms link in the widget.

    Kindly remove the www.example.com with your complete PDF link.
