Can the address field also enable a list of cities as a dropdown?

I wish the address field can also enable a list of cities as a dropdown where the user can set the options for it.

I am afraid that drop down on cities would not be possible on the address field.

Alternatively, you could download the full source code of your form How To Get The Full Source Code of your Form, copy that on a web page or your website and customize the form to add the drop down list for cities or creating a custom widget to achieve your requirement.
