    I have unchecked this option in my account settings. The PDF can still not be downloaded if the client is not authenticated (such as in the browser).

    Please advise.

    It might be a cache issue. I have cleared your Form Cache. Can you please test again?

    If the issue still persists, please open another private thread and provide your link, so we can test it from our side.

    We will wait for your response.
