Dear Sir ,
I want to use QR reader as one of data collection field . The QR codes are provided to some people ( Common Man ) . All of them have been told to maintain a "Q" . The mobile form with JOTFORM app is scanning the QR codes of the people , to whom the items are being distributed . I want to check to stop the repeated entry of any person during a particular interval of time . Please help me to include this condition in my form creation.

Unfortunately, you can not prevent multiple submissions from users via the QR reader.
In order to have unique submissions, here are the options available:
1. You can use our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address by setting the "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)" or "Check Cookies & IP address (Strict Check)" respectively. Here is a guide:

2. You can also use our unique question feature to prevent from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form. Here is a guide:
