Please note that if you want to send the leads to Insightly CRM, you need to integrate your form with Insightly CRM. The following guide should help you how to integrate form with Insightly CRM.
Do you mean to say that you do not want to use the built-in integration but still want the data to be sent to Insightly CRM? Yes it is possible by taking advantage of Zapier integration which integrate with Insightly. Please take a look at the following zap: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/insightly
