Field data is not sent to Google Sheet

This integration is not sending the email address field to the form and there is no option to edit it. Please advise. Thanks

I was able to replicate the issue and had the email address come up on the google sheet submission report, as well as edit the contents of every cell.

Can you please re-integrate google sheet into your form and make a test submission?
