    Hi, I am having a similar problem. I am unable to unshare or update my form shared as a template.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    I see that you are referring to the previously mentioned issue regarding not having the option to unshare or edit a form template. If you have shared a form as a template and would like to unshare it, you can do so right from within your main forms page. You can follow the steps outlined in the following screencast to share/unshare/update a form template:
