    I set up integration but the folder on my dropbox is empty, please advise!

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and the Dropbox integration works at my end.

    You may try re-integrating your form with  Dropbox and test a submission.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Yes I think its working, I am trying to figure out a way for the file names to be usable

    You do can assign a custom file name to the PDF file in the Dropbox integration.

    By changing the folder name using custom assigned field in the integration process, the custom field used will also be used in the filename of the PDF file report.
