PDF document not attached in the email notifications

    Good morning,

    I have just set up a new jotform and I cannot seem to find anywhere to have the submissions come through to me as a PDF?

    I have set up a previous jotform that has allowed me to receive PDF for the submissions and I have next to replicated it but unable to recieve the submissions as PDF.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    As we check your Jotform, the PDF attachment option is enabled in the email settings. However, the PDF document is not checked which is why it is not being included in the email notification. 


    Please try enabling it in the email settings so that it should be working fine. If you are referring to a different form, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
