offline form for assignee

Hi! Should the recipient of the form (the assignee) also need to be a paid user in order to access the form on the mobile app offline? And can the assignee submit multiple times?

To clarify, you have assigned a form to a user and would like to have the option to fill the form offline?

The assignee doesn't need to have a paid subscription to enable this feature.

To enabled the offline option, you would have to go to your JotForm Mobile Form App settings>Online Forms

and enable Sync with cellular data and select the form to be used offline.

The form assignee may submit the form multiple times.
