But I recently think I did update my email to: BCNA@bcnotaryassociation.ca

Sorry, but there aren't any accounts linked to the email addresses that you have provided in your last response. However, I could find an account where the forms contain the email address bcna@notaries.bc.ca as their notification email recipient.
This account is linked to the email nf***ett@bcnotaryassociation.ca and username l*ri and is subscribed to the Bronze monthly plan.
If you have access to these details, you may please login and check.
