With HIPAA forms, can the client still get a copy of the signed forms?

    With HIPAA forms, can the client still get a copy of the signed form by PDF via Email? if not what is the best way to share the signed consent form with them?

    Yes, your clients can still get a PDF copy of their submissions on your HIPAA form. Kindly note, however, that PDFs can only be attached with a strong password as part of HIPAA compliance.
