is there a way to have notifications other than emails?

is there a way to have notifications other than emails? or for the website to show new form submissions without having to refresh? any time someone submits a form i have to refresh the inbox to see the new submission? why cant that new submission just appear in the inbox?

If you want to show the form submissions on your website, you can use a Grid listing report or an HTML table listing report and then embed that on your website:
