    This process was not working Friday and it is not working today. I was sent a link after hours on Friday and it expired. Can you send the link to reset the password?

    Hello, I have tried looking up for your account using your email address however, it seems to under a guest account.

    To clarify, are you referring to the account DispatchServices?

    It seems the reset password was sent already to the account's email address which is

    dis****serviceshir**g@arli***ontx.gov
