Why is my account submission count not reduced after deleting the submissions?

HI , I am useing your plan to Delete Form Submission ,but my account Submission didn't reduce .Help!

As we check your JotForm account mfesc201602, it has already received 106 submissions for the month. Please note that deleting the submissions from the account will not reset the monthly limit. If you need to receive more submissions for the month, you may upgrade your account or use Get More feature to increase the submissions count for free or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
