How to remove popup message asking user to sign in or create account?

Hi there,

Is there a way to skip popup showing? https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/101194_2020-02-25-010.png?1.0.449

I just want the customer to "Skip Create an Account". I was intending to have this as an iFrame on my website, so want to make it look like it is completely built-in, and don't want them to suddenly think - what is JofForm? Needs to be only my branding.

This message is displayed if you have set access setting of form as "Private Form". Please change the access setting to "Public Form" and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:

Sorry, this doesn't fix it. Still when I start filling out the form, and click "Save", it brings up this popup and then they see the JotForm branding. I want them to skip this popup, and go immediately to the next popup that shows when they click the "Skip Create an Account" link.

May we know the form in question so that we can check further?

Hello @Mkenah - One of my colleagues already responded to the last question you posted. However, we haven't heard back from you since then.

Going back to your last question, unfortunately, there's no option to remove the first pop-up. Instead, the user can just click the SKIP CREATE ACCOUNT option to save the progress without creating an account.
