Unable to integrate with Google Sheets

I tried to integrate a template form into google sheets and it keeps saying integration failure. Please advise. Thank you!

As I check your Jotform, it looks like the Google account is not authorized correctly in the integration wizard.

Are you signed in to multiple Google accounts on the same browser? If so, please try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to your Jotform account to integrate Google sheets and see if that helps.
