We have a Form that Encrypts the data but I can get the the key to decrypt the data but my colleague can't get it to work. I have given him the Key...
Does the Key have to be in a specific place on our computers to enable decryption?

The encryption key is unique on every account. If you login your account to another computer you may still use the same encryption key to decrypt the form submission data.

May I suggest that you ask your colleague to try clearing his/her browser's cache and log in to your account again after?
