How can I avoid recipients having to log in to complete a form

Hi, I'm trying to send a form using the 'share on e-mail' option.  When the recipient opens it on a computer clicking on the link takes you directly to the form, but on a mobile device it prompts the recipient to log in first (via Google, Facebook or creating an account).  How do I ensure clients can complete the form without having to log in first, regardless of what device they're using?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    1. In this case, please first check that the form is public:

    2. Remove the users from the Assign Form option:

After that if the issue persists please provide us with the form URL/ID, so we can check the settings.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
