Why only 30 submissions are exported to Excel file?

Hello,

I am trying to download all the submissions of one of the groups into an Excel file. It will only give me the first 30 or so. I have tried switching between the pages and changing the date range but no difference.

I assume that you are exporting the submissions to Excel from the Submissions view. Could you try downloading the submissions to Excel from the Inbox view to see if that helps?
