Debit/credit card option not shown on form

    Hi,

    I am trying to set up an order form on the form titled "Play at Home Equipment Bag Order Form" on our Minisport account, but for some reason when we try to test the form, no cards details are requested...

    Would you be able to help?

    You have to turn on "SHOW DEBIT/CREDIT CARD" option from the payment field's settings:

    Then click the CONTINUE button to save the settings.
