How do I create a form to capture credit card information without listing products?

Have a question. How do I create a form to capture credit card information without listing products? Is there a way to do that? I have several different products to list them all. I am having them input the items they want.

Unfortunately the reason for the Credit Card usage in the form is to be provided (so Product List is there for that purpose).You can still manage to keep several multiple products in the Product List along with a single card info holder.
