    I cloned the demo form as recommended and it does not work for me. It looks there is a condition on the signature that is no longer working or setup that could be causing the problem.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    The demo workflow works, but the number of notification email templates in the free account is limited to one (1), and two (2) autoresponder emails. That is why it did not work to your end since the demo has three (3) notification emails.
