If a "CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT" Condition is False, why does the system not default to the original settings (as found in the EMAILS section)?

Please note that the email notifications/autoresponders that are set to be sent using conditions shall only be sent only when the rules in the conditions are passed. It may be a good idea to send the email to the recipient set in the email for a failed condition. However, many users may be using multiple email notifications or conditions based on their requirements in which they may be ending up receiving multiple notifications for each failed conditions. So, it may have been set the conditional emails to be sent only when conditions are true. The user may add a new notification to the form in case if they want to receive an email for every submission.
