How can I upgrade an old form to a new one?

    How can I upgrade an old form to a new one? I ask because my old form is linked to Google sheet and I rather not start a fresh form.

    The option to switch to the new Default Theme can be found on the builder page of your form.

    Click the Form Designer icon on the builder page and go to the Themes tab. Select Featured Themes and look for "Default Theme" that has a "New" icon at the top-right corner.
