Remove my colleague's e-mail as one of the recipients of the email notification

Hi,
I am trying to remove my colleague's e-mail from this account/form, but when I X out, the e-mail address still populates as a recipient.
Any way you can handle this on the back-end?

Please make sure that after you click the "Save" button of the email notification settings after making any changes.
