Is custom css only an option for paid plans?

My free plan doesn't show a field to edit anything.

Jed_CAnswered on December 12, 2020 at 04:43 AMCSS is included in all plans including Free version, but it is not available in Card Form Layout. You can only see the CSS option in Classic Form Layout.
