    I am having the same issue with passing forward each field into my database. I cannot figure out the unique field names?

    May I ask which field in your form are you referring to? Also, to which database or app are you trying to pass the data to assist you further?

    However, if you are trying to pass your data to an SQL database this can be done through POST script method through the Thank You page: How-to-send-submissions-to-your-MySQL-database-using-PHP
