Hello,
I continue to try and set up the email auto-responder for the recipients but I can not get it to work. I have followed the steps provided above but it does not work. I'm urgently trying to set this up. Please advise.

I just checked your form https://www.jotform.com/build/60046149169962 and I can see the reason of the problem.
To make an autoresponder to work correctly, It is mandatory to add an email address field to the form in order to have a variable to get the email address that will be used for the autoresponder notification. Please add it and try to test again. We await for your update if you finally managed to set it up correctly.

Greetings,
I cloned your form and the Autoresponder email is working as expected when I did a test submission. Would it be okay if we make a test submission on your form instead and see if we'll receive the notification?
Also, please try changing your sender email address to Jotform's server(noreply@jotform.com) to see if that'll fix the issue.

Hi there,
Have you tried changing the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com"? Please try creating a new Autoresponder email to see if that'll help.
I have cleared your form's cache as a precaution.
Also, I've checked a few emails on your form's submission, and there were Autoresponder emails that were sent to the email address.
See the image below.
Have you confirmed to your users that they really didn't receive any emails at their end? It would be great if we can make a test submission on your form to further investigate the issue.
