fireandflowAsked on March 11, 2021 at 4:15 PM
I keep getting this error message when I am trying to clone an existing form from one of my Jotform account to the other. Help!
"Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form" ==> I am not sure what I should click to give myself access from the other account.

Hi Jessica
I tried various times. Logged out from both Jotform accounts and logged in again. I even used Incognito windows to test it and it's still the same error over and over again. My form is set to public, so not sure what to do. I basically just copied the link from sharing publicly.

Hi,
I've checked this, and the reason why this is happening is that cloning is disabled on the whole account for "fireandflow".
If I understand correctly, this account belongs to you as well. So to resolve this please:
1 Log in to "fireandflow"
2 Go to the account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3 Uncheck this option
Then you can log in to the other account again and clone the form.
Please give it a go and let us know if you need further help.
