As I understand, you are referring to the form named Feria de Ideaz 2021.
Form submitters won't receive email notifications because you have a conditional logic set that will always forward autoresponder email to your specified email address instead of sending it to the form users:
To avoid that, please remove that condition because you already have an email notification that already sends you emails and that condition is not necessary.
