Even the protected info is being sent out in the appointment.

CURRENTLY EVEN THE PROTECTED INFO IS BEING SENT OUT IN THE APPOINTMENT REMINDER EMAILS WITH THE DEFAULT THAT WAS JUST APPLIED!!!

Are you referring to the appointment field? You can protect or unprotect the information for the appointment field if that is what your concern is.
