Some of your solutions just don't work for me. I want people to either pay, mail it in, venmo me, or pay at the door. We are flexible! First I followed the directions without multiple forms and of course that didn't work since I couldn't have multiple product lists. Then I followed the above and now am not able to retain the data entered on my master form. That is ridiculous. Or as mentioned below I could ask them their payment method as question number one and duplicate all the questions on two forms. That is a headache if maintenance is involved and also is just wierd from a user perspective. Haven't decided which way I will go but jotform you started out so promising and went down hill fast for me.

    Thank you for reaching support,

Please note that this type of scenario involves multiple forms, and so once users are redirected to another form and end up filling out the child form, the data gathered will not be reflected on the Master form but the Child Form is was submitted from.

That is why submissions are not found on your master form.

May I suggest that you use our Purchase Order widget which does not involve live payments, where I am going with this is that you are able to take in orders but live payments are made externally.

Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-how-to-create-payment-form-with-purchase-order.

Let us know if that fits your requirements.

    Best.

    Hi rivervalleyponyclub,

Have you taken a look at our Purchase Order payment option as my colleague previously suggested? Purchase Order is a Jotform tool for users who choose not to process card payments with an integrated payment gateway. It will allow you flexibility on how you would like to processed payments.
