How can I tell what has changed when a user edits their submission.

after users update their form submissions, will the answers that have been updated will be marked in some way so I can know what changed and what didn't?

There is currently no method to track what has changed when a user edits a submission. The Edit Submission Link is meant to allow users to correct errors, or update old information. If you are trying to create a workflow that tracks information as it is updated I would recommend having the user create a new submission instead of editing the old one.

Otherwise, you could compare the original notification email to the one sent after the user has edited the submission.
