Update on adding Intercom Chat feature to Forms

Hi there, I wanted to check if there was any update on being able to add our intercom chat to a jotform?

I would like to apologize for any confusion but when you say "intercom chat", are you referring to the feature that would allow your respondents to click a button that will open a chatbox where they can send you a message right on the form itself?

I have checked your previously opened tickets and I have not found any request for that feature that is under your account. And I'm afraid that we only offer services that would allow you to create online forms. If you are looking to add a live chat option to your website, we can only suggest that you check for a chat service provider, like Olark.
