    Hi,

I had to create a jot form account in order to view a form that someone sent me. I signed up with an email address, and jot form very creepily found a photo of me from somewhere on the internet??? and has made it my avatar??? I am now deeply concerned about privacy issues and would like to delete my account as soon as possible, but the button won't let me delete it. It just says error blocked. I've tried on two different browsers. Please delete my account.

    Hi there,

Upon checking, your account is already deleted.

Regarding your avatar, your profile image is from Gravatar.

A quote from their website: "Your Gravatar is an image and public profile that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you do things like comment or post on a blog..."

I suggest you reach out to Gravatar's support on how to change your Gravatar's avatar: https://en.gravatar.com/support/
