Is the form embedded on any website? If yes, please let us know the website link so that we could make a test submission.

Hello! I tried to replicate the problem but couldn't on your form (screenshot attached for your reference).
I uploaded files, filled all fields but didn't submit the form. Do you get this error on submitting the form?
Q) If yes, then can we make a test submission on your form to test this?

Thank you. I'm not sure - but I think they saw that error on submitting. It's OK to submit the test data - I'll let the team know to watch for it.

I am so sorry I filled up two forms on your website.
The File uploaded correctly on the form without any errors.
Could you please check if you are still experiencing the issue?
Is it specific to a single user?

We haven't received any other reports of problems with the Form - other from that one user yesterday - so I think the problem was likely on their end.
I think we can mark this ticket as closed.
