Signatures In top Left Corner on PDF

Hello,

I have documents to digitize. Unfortunatly, the person before me did not do it correctly so I am tasked with fixing it. Every page that requires signature shows this way. Please advise and hopefully it is an easy fix I can adjust. If not, am I able to delete all and restart?
