How do I transfer forms from a starter account to a new account that has been upgraded?

I have an existing account with 5 forms. We decided to upgrade the account but in order to take advantage of your recent savings we had to create a completely new account.

How can I get these 5 forms transferred over into my new account?

Hello Lyndsey - As long as the accounts are not HIPAA-compliant, we can move forms between them.

To do so, please log in to the account where the forms to be moved are located then post a request here: https://www.jotform.com/contact/

Mention in the request the form name/links along with the destination account's username/email.
