I need help with my logic

Hey so i am creating a basketball tournament registration form.

I am giving the option for registrations to be either individual or team

However when I hit individual I want it so that the only option after filling in the details is "submit" and not "next"

As next would lead to the team registration.

Have you managed to fix this issue yourself? I did check your form and found that you have already added condition to skip to pages based on user's answer. You have also disabled the next button of page break to prevent users from moving to the next page.
