Hello I have the Unique Submission on Cookies and IP enabled. I did test entries and worked-out fine. When I finally deployed the form with clean submission (I deleted the test data), I still received the duplicate submission notice. I clear cookies and cache histories, but to no avail.

The IP addresses get recorded on our side when completing the form, clearing your cookies will not change the IP address of your device.
If you would like to be able to make a new submission after clearing cookies, regardless of the IP address, you should choose the Check Cookies Only option on the Unique Submission settings
