We were looking at scheduling platforms like Calendly, youcanbookme, acuityscheduling, schedulicity. would any of those intetgrate or be needed or are they just more robust than this feature in jotforms?

At the moment we don't have Calendly and Schedulicity integration but for Youcanbookme and Acuity with zapier :

Thank you. I guess I have to look at Zapier as well, but I'm guessing it is always good to choose solutions that can integrate, in case we can make use of it to improve our new workflow.

If you wish to sync it to a calendar, you may do so via Google Calendar: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/google-calendar.
