Prefill and Appoval: Send to more than 5 email invitees at once.

Thnaks for the information. I want to follow-up on the following answer by one of the presenters:
“Because it really would be nice to be able to, since we are limited to five, export that list and then send that list out via mail merge or something like that. But currently, no, it’s the five limit. And unless you go through and copy the links one by one, there isn’t really a bulk way to do it in excess of five at a time.”
The hard limit on sending five emails with personalized form links as well as the inability to bulk export the list of links make this feature fairly useless. The workaround is to copy down each link individually?
When will the issue of bulk exporting personalized URL’s be addressed?

We can make this a feature request for you, we can't guarantee that it will get added but it will be more known to the developers that it's a feature that's wanted so it could move up in priority. If we do this explain what exactly it is that you want, the ability to send more than 5, export, both things, etc so we can give them some details.

I am really enjoying getting to know Jotform.

I have been a dedicated user of SurveyGizmo (now called Alchemer) which is used by Microsoft and others for very advanced forms and survey campaigns (where a campaign allows me to email 20k parents or whatever number ALL with a "unique" link - and, btw, then send a reminder ONLY to those who have not responded - that's for your developers to think about! :) ). Alchemer then "staggers" those emails to go out to lessen the possibililty the emails are flagged on large servers as spam.

Jotform, which beats Alchemer right now (on the workflow feature) could really compete with tools like Alchemer if you removed this limit - I agree with John above, the feature is great, but somewhat pointless if locked down - makes no sense to limit the number - if the fear is spam identification, stagger the emails.
