Form Submissions Displaying Deleted Content

Hi there,

We noticed that one of our forms is still displaying an Easter promo from last year upon submission. Is there a way to remove that on the backend as it is no longer in the editor?

In case it's still visible. You may go to your FORM -> Gear icon (Properties) -> Change Description and QUESTION.

The issue is only occurring when submissions are received. Customers do not see it on their end but it is causing confusion with the staff. Attached is a new example of the error. I'm not seeing it on my end at all either so I'm not sure what I can do about it on my end. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Okay I have cloned your form and checked.

Actually, it is present in your submission pdf document.

You need to remove it from PDF Document.

Please check following screenshot.

Please after updating PDF please submit the form and check if the old last year promo.
