Visual Report do not show results in some entries: Excel download does

here's annother issue with the visual reporter and I can't see what could be causing this one. It's similar to the one I listed above, where it shows zero results, but when I check the Excel download they are in there.

THe entries that show zero results are:

Memphis May Fire: peta2

Modern Baseball: 1BlueString

I can't see any strange characters that could be causing this, which makes me wonder about the first problem I posted above...

Please take look at the visual results for this question. There are definitely no results regsitering for those two entries. I don't want to replace the chart for the fear of losing results. This form is very important and we're coming close to 100,000 entries and I don't want to chance messing up anything. Please let me know as soon as this is fixed. We really need to get results as we go. The visual report is almost a necessity to be working as there are so many entries to this form and we expect it to grow more.

Along the same lines (going back to the original unrsolved issue above) if I DID change the "&" to "And" will that skew the results - meaning will they be two separate things when they get tallied?

Ok. I have found the reason for this error. It seems your fears were correct, changing the names of your question options has caused caused the graphs to 'skew' and show 0 entries.

Obviously this is something which should not be happenning. I wil try and come up for a solution to this.

For now, if you are using a pie chart, you can increase the entry limit configuration option which will allow you to  see the results for the old answers (before they were renamed).

Hi Paul. I'm a little confused here. So I see there are now two new entries which show results and there are also the two old entries that still show zero. Is that correct?

If the two new ones are the correct ones, is there a way you can remove the ones that show zero results without affecting anything so that we don't see them anymore?

Also - there appears to be an entry that's in Russian(?)

No, what Paul has explained to you is that the entries after the renaming the questions are not displayed

So as a partial fix, he has suggested to increase the limit configuration option to allow to see the results for the old answers (before the renaming occured)
