can i link from one form to another?

I would like to put a button on my form that if pressed would take the person to another form to be completed.

Is that possible?

This can be achieved using the Page Break Tool under the Survey Tool Tab. When added, you can break your form into multiple parts and you can navigate from one page to another using the Back and Next button.
