Currently, you have 104 forms within the account that are associated with the email address you use within this ticket. Could you share with us the form URL where this issue persists so we can take a further look?

That form is currently in Client's account, I generated a support ticked at Quadreno's.
Let me check that they say, the taxes are not being calculated it always says 0 for every state and every place,
The private key is correctly added and again the same issue is there.
I will generate another support request to you if the issue is not resolved by Quadreno team.
