    i did understood that take photo was working on mobile device. But, on my form (here: http://3id2plus.com/form3/), with a samsung note, it's not working, widget area doesn't appear.

    Is it because the mobile device (missing App?, configuration?) or becaus a bad forming from my part?

    Or... may i do a special form for mobile device, and sow... ¿how can i do taht?

    Take Photo widget is based on Adobe Flash technology - something that is not and will never be available on mobile devices.

    Thus, we have made this widget automatically be replaced with file upload fields instead.

    So to answer your question, no, there are no missing apps or wrong configuration on your Samsung Note device.

    oh.....

    And, is there any way to order (and pay) such tool? We would be very interested on it.

    Thanks to tell me if.

    @3id2plus

    That widget is free so there's no need to order it. You can use it as long as you use Jotform. Though, that widget has its requirement in order to work properly on the browser. Take photo widget relies on flash technology. If the browser does not support flash, it will be replaced with a file upload field as its fallback as explained by my colleague. I'm afraid there's no solution here.

    However, you might want to try our old method which is using Ink File Picker Integration. Though, I couldn't guarantee you if this works in all smartphones but it's worth a try.

    Hope this helps!

    HI,

    I just create a form using this guide  http://www.jotform.com/help/218-How-to-Take-Pictures-on-Your-Forms

    I integrate the form with dropbox, but the picture is not being uploaded to Dropbox. Instead of the picture, just a *.pdf file is uploaded.

    Any advice?

    Other issue is that the

    form dont work on a  android smartphone
    (Samsung S4).
