Jotform needs to implement a Sync to Calendar (Apple, Google, Microsoft) so the widget can lookup existing blocked time and make them not available in order to avoid double booking. Otherwise managing this on hand is too intensive.

We do support Integration with Google Calendar wherein and scheduled appointment shall sync with your current calendar to avoid double booking. Unfortunately, we do not have any Integration with Apple and Microsoft specifically. Do you have any Form URL that you are currently working on that is having issues with the Integration? Let us know so we can try to help you out.
