Thanks for getting back to us. Do you mean you have created an App but it is not showing on your Apps page? If so, could you please try logging out from your account and then logging in back to see if this would work? If you're still having the same problem, please try using a different browser or device and see if this would resolve the issue. I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. I tested your My Apps page and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.
Can you share some of your app links so that we can forward them to our backend team?
Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
